Colton group as you can imagine has a large requirement for specialist daily heavy haulage to ensure our equipment can reach any site, any time, safely.

A shortage of good reliable haulage contractors made it evident that to keep our plant fleet mobile we would need to ensure we always had in house availability of these specialist trucks trailers and drivers so we invested heavily in equipment to ensure we could service our needs. Our unique approach to haulage and logistical solutions start by employing drivers who are passionate about their work, and allowing them to participate when planning moves whether they are moving a simple excavator or a large oversize sectional piece of equipment, this ensures our traffic planners have planned for all occurrences.

We also allow the drivers to have a heavy input when procuring new vehicles and trailers, after all its what they are experienced in !
